We are an outsourcing company operating across Europe, the USA and Asia , supporting international digital businesses at scale.

We are currently looking for a Client Solutions Manager – Retail & E-commerce to join a global digital content and advertising platform , used by brands and advertisers to connect with large and engaged audiences worldwide.

This role is based in Dubai with a hybrid working model and is offered as a 12-month maternity cover . While this is a fixed-term position, strong performance may open future opportunities, although this cannot be guaranteed.

About the role

In this role, you will support large Retail & E-commerce advertisers , acting as a strategic partner and helping them improve performance and drive business growth through digital advertising solutions.

This is a client-facing, performance- and revenue-driven position . This role requires a strong commercial mindset, analytical skills and a hands-on approach to optimisation.

You will manage big accounts, collaborate closely with internal teams and ensure clients achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of large Retail & E-commerce client accounts
• Act as a strategic advisor , providing data-driven recommendations
• Drive revenue growth through account development, initiatives and optimisation
• Analyse campaign results and translate data into clear insights and actions
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in client-facing roles such as Client Solutions, Account Management, Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising
• Experience working with large or strategic accounts
• Native or advanced Turkish (main language used with clients)
• Fluent English (company language and recruitment process)
• Strong commercial mindset, comfortable working with revenue targets and bonuses
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
• Available to start as soon as possible

Additional Information

• Location: Dubai (hybrid)
• Contract: 12-month maternity cover
• Travel: Around 1 week per quarter (occasionally up to 2 weeks)
