Client Solutions Specialist - Interior Design

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in technical sales, particularly someone who understands blueprints, quoting, and project development in the interior design or construction industry. This person will be responsible for interpreting contractor and client needs and presenting functional solutions that align with the company’s capabilities and standards.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
• Present product offerings effectively to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits that meet their requirements.
• Achieve sales targets by closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales initiatives and share best practices.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position products.

Skills

• Proven experience in Sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Create detailed technical drawings based on specifications provided by contractors Utilize drafting software to produce drawings
• Develop quotes Collaborate with contractors to ensure designs meet project requirements
• Review and modify drawings to correct any discrepancies or errors
• Create Invoices and Sales Orders
• Skills Proficiency in drafting software
• Understanding of floor plans Ability to build and interpret technical drawings accurately
• Bilingual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27,000.00 - $31,000.00 per year
