Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring their goals align with our solutions.
- Manage client accounts efficiently using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions, preferences, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities that add value to clients’ businesses.
- Provide expert guidance on our SaaS products, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support to maximize client success.
- Monitor client health metrics and analyze feedback to proactively address potential issues before they escalate.
- Coordinate project management activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions tailored to client needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by offering insights into industry trends, financial services regulations, and best practices for client growth.
Experience
- Proven experience in account management or client success roles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other customer relationship management platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—that enable clear, positive interactions with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated sales aptitude with a focus on customer relationship management and strategic account growth.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and recommend actionable solutions.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
