True Safety Services is a fast-growing safety training company, CDL school, and compliance provider proudly serving Colorado. We are expanding our services to include Drug & Alcohol Testing and DOT Physicals, and we are looking for a highly organized, friendly, and detail-oriented professional to join our team.

⭐ Position Overview

The Client Success & Compliance Manager ensures a smooth, high-quality experience for all True Safety customers—CDL students, safety training clients, and companies using our drug & alcohol testing services. This role blends customer service, scheduling, compliance management, and light HR/administrative support.

You will be the warm, organized, dependable presence that keeps our programs running smoothly every day.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

Drug & Alcohol Testing Program Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for all testing clients
• Perform collections (urine drug screens & breath alcohol testing)
• Maintain compliance for each company’s testing program
• Manage consortium enrollments, tracking, and reporting
• Coordinate random tests, post-accidents, and follow-ups
• Ensure fast, clear communication with clients

DOT Physicals Coordination

• Schedule physicals and manage provider availability
• Handle reminders, intake paperwork, and digital files
• Provide a positive front-office experience for patients

CDL Program Coordination

• Guide CDL students from enrollment through graduation
• Provide weekly check-ins and student support
• Schedule classes, testing, and behind-the-wheel training
• Maintain state-required records and compliance

Safety Training Coordination

• Schedule classes and communicate with instructors
• Send confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
• Prepare rosters, certificates, and class materials

Compliance Platform Management

• Manage and maintain 30+ ISNetworld & Veriforce accounts
• Upload required documentation and track client compliance
• Communicate with HSE managers and update safety programs as needed

Office & HR Support

• Answer True Safety phone calls with professionalism & warmth
• Assist with new hire onboarding and benefits enrollment
• Maintain organized digital and physical files
• Provide a friendly, welcoming office environment

⭐ Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred
• Strong customer service or front-office experience
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Tech-savvy (Google Drive, spreadsheets, online portals)
• Experience with compliance platforms (ISNetworld/Veriforce) is a plus
• Experience in medical office, testing facility, HR, CDL school, or safety industry is a plus
• Must be comfortable working in-person Monday–Friday
