Client Success Coordinator

Summary/Objective

Reporting to the Client Success Supervisor, the Client Success Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Client Success Specialists with gathering and providing new client data to the financial planning department (balance sheets, GLs, investment statements, etc.) while maintaining confidentiality of client information.


Essential Functions

  • Maintain various financial planning systems by entering new and updated client account information which may include financial statements, investment holdings, debt schedule, personal lifestyles, and insurance policies
  • Maintain client confidence and protects the Firm by keeping information confidential
  • Maintain data entry requirements by following Firm processes and procedures
  • Communicate with Client Success Specialist to ensure information is accurate and up to date


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Review client documents and prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
  • Process client and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies
  • Verify entered client and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
  • Purge files as needed to eliminate duplication of data
  • Assist Client Success Specialist as needed with communication to securely submit information to third parties
  • Execute administrative tasks required when the Client Success Team receives new clients
  • Maintain client database by adding new clients and updating existing client & entity information

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Established ability to quickly learn new technologies and accurately input data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Extreme thoroughness and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Must be highly motivated and have a positive attitude


Travel

No travel is expected for this position.


Work Environment

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.


Physical Demands

This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing may be required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.


Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some flexibility in hours and ability to work remotely may be allowed based on management’s approval.

Compensation

Minimum: $20.00/hr - Maximum: $25.00/hr USD
