The Opportunity – Start as a Hunter, Grow as a Leader:

This is an on-site role at our Lahore office. We believe in hands-on, side-by-side training for our first foundational hires. You will work directly with the founders, gaining immediate feedback and mentorship that will accelerate your growth from trainee to leader faster than any remote program could. This role is for someone who wants to build a career, not just fill a job.

Your Day-to-Day Will Involve (After Training):

- Managing our international client profiles (e.g., Fiverr/Upwork).

- Talking to potential clients via chat and video calls to deeply understand their challenges.

- Working with our technical team to craft proposals.

- Managing client relationships from start to finish.

- Learning the fundamentals of business automation and sales.

Compensation & Growth Path:

- High Performance Commission: 10-15% of the profit from every project you help secure.

- Clear Progression: Prove your ability, and you will quickly move to a higher base salary and leadership role as we grow. This is a career launchpad.
