Client Success Manager

Job Description:

Digi Sparos is hiring an experienced and confident Client Success Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to manage and grow client relationships in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Handle inbound and outbound client communications professionally
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable services (SEO, GMB, Digital Marketing, etc.)
  • Convert leads into long-term business partnerships
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations confidently
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM system
  • Coordinate with internal sales and support teams for smooth project delivery

Required Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Strong sales background with proven closing skills
  • Confident personality with professional attitude
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM handling)
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Night shift availability (if required for international clients)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–3 years of sales or client management experience (preferred)
  • Experience in digital marketing industry is a plus
