About the Role

We are looking for a Client Success Manager with digital marketing experience to own client deliverables and relationships. This is a client-facing role where you’ll ensure marketing tasks get done on time, manage ad campaigns, and keep communication with clients clear and proactive.

Your success will be measured by client satisfaction, retention, and quality of deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, running scheduled Zoom check-ins and providing timely support.
  • Own content delivery: publish blogs, schedule social content, and manage recurring marketing tasks.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Coordinate with our design and development team to ensure website projects are delivered smoothly.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights for clients.
  • Keep projects organized, deadlines on track, and clients consistently in the loop.

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years in account management, client services, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (you don’t need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable managing campaigns end-to-end).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals: SEO, websites, blogging, and analytics.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain marketing concepts in plain language.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus but not required.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
