Client Success Manager | Online Community Coach

Job Overview

ADR Financial Group is seeking a highly driven Client Success Manager | Online Community Coach to take full ownership of our online community experience. This is a remote, independent contractor role responsible for leading engagement, customer success, and sales within both our free and paid coaching communities focused on business funding and financial education.

In this role, you will serve as the primary face of the community—building real relationships with members, guiding them through our programs, and ensuring they are actively progressing toward securing business credit and funding. You will also play a key role in converting free members into paying clients through consistent engagement, value-driven communication, and strategic follow-up.

This is a leadership position, not a basic support role. You will be expected to take ownership of community health, member outcomes, engagement levels, and revenue conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily engagement across free and paid communities to maintain high activity and member participation
  • Build strong relationships with members through DMs, comments, and community interactions
  • Support paid members by ensuring they are actively progressing through the program (target: 80%+ engagement rate)
  • Convert free community members into paying clients through relationship-building and value-based conversations
  • Identify inactive or stuck members and proactively re-engage them
  • Guide members through questions related to credit, funding, and business structure
  • Track engagement, follow-ups, warm leads, and conversion opportunities
  • Facilitate a positive, high-value community environment that encourages action and results
  • Collaborate with the team to improve retention, engagement, and sales performance
  • Transition into co-hosting and eventually leading weekly coaching calls alongside the founder

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, customer success, online community management, or coaching environments
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and confidently (written and verbal)
  • Experience with DM/chat-based selling and relationship-driven conversions
  • Understanding of buyer psychology, objections, and decision-making behavior
  • Ability to simplify complex topics such as credit, funding, and business setup
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build trust quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities at once
  • Self-directed, organized, and consistent with daily execution
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with business credit, credit repair, or funding concepts is a strong plus

Compensation

  • Base Pay: $3,000/month (based on experience)
  • Performance-Based Commission: Additional earnings based on successful conversions and upsells (earning potential $1,500+ monthly or more)
  • Independent Contractor (1099)
