Client Success Specialist

Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized support
  • Manage client accounts using tools to track interactions, preferences, and engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure clients receive optimal solutions aligned with their business objectives
  • Assist clients in onboarding processes, providing training and resources to maximize platform utilization
  • Analyze client data to identify opportunities for growth, upselling, or renewal strategies based on customer needs and market trends
  • Address client inquiries promptly via phone, email, or virtual meetings, delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
  • Support project management initiatives by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure seamless execution of client projects

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management or customer success roles
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms for tracking client interactions and data analysis
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively
  • Knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management strategies, and marketing principles
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism under pressure

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
