We are hiring a Client Success Specialist to join our team at PHPTRAVELS.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and guide them on product usage
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
• Build strong long-term relationships to improve client retention
• Handle client queries, issues, and provide timely resolutions
• Monitor client satisfaction and usage of services
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, and Product teams
• Identify upselling and growth opportunities within accounts
• Maintain CRM updates and client activity records

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success / Client Support / Account Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and client handling ability
• Experience in SaaS / IT / Travel industry is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple clients effectively
• Customer-focused and proactive mindset

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per hour
