University Physicians' Association, Inc. is looking for a full-time Client Success Supervisor in the corporate billing offices located in West Knoxville.
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday through Friday
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:

High school education or equivalency; college preferred.

Advanced medical billing and coding knowledge; certifications preferred.

Advanced knowledge of computers, computer programs, office equipment, and business office procedures.

Ability in written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to incorporate departmental goals, standards, policies, and procedures into leading others.

Demonstrated sensitivity to the interrelationship of both people and functions.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

Advanced knowledge of system applications, payor regulations and industry standards concerning Revenue Cycle Management
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Job requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment. Manual dexterity needed for using a calculator and computer keyboard.
