Carolinas Natural Health Center is on a mission to help people experience true healing through natural medicine. We’re hiring a Client Success & Wellness Coordinator — someone who bridges compassion and confidence, and knows how to gently help others overcome fear and uncertainty.

This is not a sales job — but it requires a person who knows how to inspire action, manage details, and remove resistance in the moment it matters most.

What You’ll Do

Program Onboarding & Conversion Support

  • After the practitioner’s consultation, meet with the client to walk them through enrollment: payment, financing, scheduling, labs, and questions
  • If the client hesitates or financing falls through, be ready to navigate options, offer scaled solutions, and reignite commitment
  • Own the onboarding logistics — from “yes” to kickoff

Supplement Promotion & Fulfillment

  • Coordinate supplement orders, refills, and re-engagement
  • Identify upsell opportunities, client needs, and seasonal promos
  • Collaborate on fulfillment systems and process improvements

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact and care
  • Build long-term trust with members
  • Track their progress and flag opportunities for retention, renewal, or reactivation

What We’re Looking For

  • Background in health/wellness, coaching, clinic coordination, or practice support
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence with “crucial conversations”
  • Familiarity with CRMs, wellness product ordering, and team-based environments
  • A personal commitment to health, growth, and service
  • Comfortable with money conversations, creative problem-solving, and offering next steps

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
