Over the years, we have built a strong client base and today a significant part of our business comes from the secondary market, supported by long-term investor relationships from Europe.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Support Administrator to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting clients and agents by handling administrative tasks, documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations — including post-sale client care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and leasing team
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and CRM system
  • Follow up with clients on pending documents and payments
  • Provide After Care Support to real estate clients (post-sale and post-leasing), including:
  • Assisting clients with transfer procedures and required documentation
  • Coordinating with developers, trustees, property management, and relevant authorities
  • Following up with clients on their payment plans and outstanding amounts with developers
  • Monitoring project updates and communicating construction progress to off-plan buyers
  • Assisting clients with resale, leasing, or property management inquiries after purchase
  • Addressing and resolving client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensuring smooth post-transaction communication between all parties involved
  • Assist in preparing reports and internal documentation
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and client service

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
