Client Support Coordinator (Healthcare Licensing)

Meem Business Services is a Qatar-based business consultancy located at Al Maha Business Center, Salwa Road, Doha. We provide professional support for company formation, PRO services, healthcare licensing, DataFlow assistance, documentation, and client consultation services.

We are hiring an Assistant – Healthcare Licensing & Client Support to join our team and support clients with healthcare licensing and related documentation processes.

Role Description – On-site

This is an on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling client enquiries, giving basic consultation, checking eligibility, explaining requirements, and supporting clients through healthcare licensing and DataFlow-related procedures.

Freshers can apply. Proper training and SOP guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend calls and enquiries from clients professionally.
• Understand the client’s qualification, experience, and requirement.
• Check basic eligibility for healthcare licensing procedures.
• Guide clients on whether they are suitable to proceed.
• Explain required documents and process steps clearly to clients.
• Support DataFlow-related enquiries, including document and eligibility checking.
• Understand basic differences between qualifications such as Bachelor’s, Master’s, Diploma, Fellowship, and professional courses.
• Maintain proper follow-up with clients.
• Assist with limited documentation work when required.
• Coordinate with the internal team for client updates and case progress.

Requirements

• Good communication skills are required.
• Freshers can apply.
• Basic understanding of professional courses and educational qualifications is preferred.
• Ability to explain details clearly and patiently to clients.
• Willingness to learn healthcare licensing and DataFlow procedures.
• Good listening and client-handling skills.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Must be responsible, organized, and willing to follow SOP instructions.
