Client Support Executive

Job Summary:

The Client Support Executive will be responsible for managing daily operational requests received from the client, coordinating job progression, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The role also includes inbound sales handling, job conversion, and identifying opportunities to grow the client account through proactive engagement and relationship management. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role suited to individuals who are motivated, disciplined, andcommitted to delivering and exceeding targets while maintaining professional client communication.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Manage and respond to daily operational job requests received from the client

● Coordinate job progression with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely delivery

● Handle inbound sales requests, prepare job scopes, and close jobs efficiently

● Actively engage in business development within the existing client account

● Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction levels

● Monitor job statuses, follow up on pending actions, and resolve issues proactively

● Ensure all client communication is professional, accurate, and timely

● Meet and exceed assigned sales, conversion, and performance targets

● Maintain accurate records in CRM / internal systems

● Support continuous improvement in processes and client experience

Job Type: Full time on-site

Location: DHA Phase 2, Islamabad

Timings: 12:00pm - 09:00pm / 1:00pm - 10:00pm / 2:00pm -11:00pm /

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per month
