Job Role:

We are hiring female candidates for a fresher-level Client Support Executive role. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling client calls, maintaining follow-ups, and making payment reminder calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls professionally.
• Follow up with clients and ensure timely payment reminders.
• Maintain call logs and update internal systems regularly.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Communicate effectively with clients in a clear and polite manner.
• Support the team in daily operations and client coordination.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Spontaneity and quick response ability.
• Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
• Basic computer operating skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
