Client Support Representative Intern Female (UK Shift)

Location: Wapda Town, Lahore (On-site)

Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (UK Business Hours)

Stipend: PKR 20,000 / month

Role Overview

We are looking for a Female CSR Intern to manage interactions with our UK-based clientele. This role requires a professional demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively during UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Handle live chats, emails, and calls from UK customers.
• Order Management: Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, and refunds.
• Query Resolution: Provide accurate information regarding products and services in a timely manner.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM.

Requirements

• Fluent English: Strong verbal and written English skills are mandatory.
• Punctuality: Must be strictly available during UK shift timings.
• Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM software.
