The Role:
As a Client Support Specialist, you will be a vital contributor to our clients' success, providing top-notch support while acting as their advocate within our organization.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and optimize EPRLive product utilization through phone, email, and web meetings.
- Conduct online training sessions for EPRLive users, ensuring they maximize the value of our solution.
- Assist with new client implementations, including data entry and user training.
- Collaborate with your team to communicate client requests and contribute to new feature ideas and improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for internal and external knowledge bases.
- Manage custom projects for clients, ensuring their specific needs are met.
Who You Are:
As a team-oriented individual, you take ownership of your work and find satisfaction in problem-solving. Providing an exceptional customer experience is at the core of what you do, and you excel at breaking down complex concepts into simple language. Required Skills & Abilities:
- 2-3 years of customer support experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with basic privacy and internet safety best practices.
- For remote workers, a quiet and distraction-free office space is required.
- Experience with trade unions, construction contractors, payroll, and/or employee benefit administration is preferred.
Benefits:
- Salary range: $53,000 - $60,000 per year

Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, consistent 8-hour shifts.
- This role is remote with the option of hybrid work from our South Portland office
