Client Support Specialist

Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist clients with account management, product information, and troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on client requests, gather feedback, or promote new services
  • Enter and update client data accurately in our systems using Microsoft Office tools and specialized software
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments with precision while maintaining confidentiality
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and client feedback for analysis and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs

Skills

  • Multilingual proficiency in English plus additional languages to serve diverse clientele effectively
  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities
  • Proven experience in customer support, client services, or call center environments with outbound calling experience preferred
  • Demonstrated sales aptitude with the ability to identify client needs and promote solutions confidently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
  • Exceptional analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and provide actionable insights
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance service delivery across different language groups
  • Strong attention to detail in typing, cash handling, and maintaining accurate records

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
