Client Territory Manager Trainee

We’re looking for motivated, career-driven individuals to join our Client Territory Manager Trainee Program, where you’ll learn every stage of the business — from sales and brand representation to client promotions, market management, and leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Learn how to represent client brands inside approved retail and event locations.
• Engage with customers to promote products, explain features, and help them enroll or purchase.
• Assist in driving territory performance through outreach, marketing events, and client promotions.
• Track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and report daily results to management.
• Participate in hands-on leadership training focused on territory growth, sales systems, and team development.
• Learn how to build, train, and lead a team as you advance through the program.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work full time, including one weekend day.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and working in a retail-style environment.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, or leadership is helpful — but not required.

Compensation

• Weekly base pay: $700–$900 (DOE)
• Commissions: Uncapped — averaging 30–40% of final sale value
• Employment type: W2, full time
