Job Summary:
Join our team as a Child Care Counselor and make a positive impact on children's lives this summer. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for childhood development and education to create a fun and safe environment for campers.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage children in various activities, including sports, arts and crafts, and educational programs
- Implement behavior management techniques to ensure a positive experience for all participants
- Assist in planning and organizing daily schedules and activities
- Provide guidance and support to children in social interactions and conflict resolution
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
- Collaborate with fellow counselors and leadership to deliver a memorable experience

Requirements:
- Prior experience in childhood development, babysitting, sports coaching, daycare, theater, or related fields
- Ability to work effectively with children of all ages and backgrounds
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate and inspire young minds
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and special education practices is a plus
- Enthusiasm, creativity, patience, and a genuine interest in working with students
