Clinic Aide (Pediatric Therapy)

Our busy outpatient clinic provides pediatric physical, occupational, speech-language therapy, and feeding therapy to children ages 0-18 in a setting that is full of fun and adventure!

We are looking to hire a part-time clinic aide to join our multidisciplinary team. This is not a temporary summer position.

Under direction and guidance, the candidate will be responsible for the following items including but not limited to:

• Delivering excellent customer service and support to patients and clinicians
• Perform necessary tasks to maintain a sanitary and orderly treatment space, consisting of but not limited to sanitizing toys, equipment, and therapy materials during and after treatment sessions
• With support and guidance from our clinicians, prepare and organize materials, set up for their sessions, and provide assistance during therapy sessions as needed
• Inventory management
• Administrative support
• Program support
• Organizational support

The Boston Ability Center has two locations (Natick and Wellesley). Staff divide their time between locations depending on the clinic's needs.

We are currently looking to staff the shifts below, which could be covered by one staff member or split between multiple:

• Mondays: 2:30-6:30pm
• Tuesdays: 2:30-6:30pm
• Wednesdays: 1:00-6:30pm
• Thursdays: 2:00-6:30pm
• Fridays: 1:30-5:30pm
• Saturdays: 10:00am-2:30pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
