About the role
We are looking for a reliable, tech-savvy, and proactive Clinic Assistant to support our clinic's daily operations. You will work closely under the Clinic Manager and assist the reception, therapists, and doctors to ensure smooth and efficient clinic management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage ordering and inventory of clinic supplies and equipment
- Operate and maintain clinic machines and equipment
- Handle documentation, records, and administrative tasks
- Assist reception, therapists, and doctors as needed
- Carry out clinic manager tasks and responsibilities when required
- Handle patient payments and financial transactions
- Manage accounts and access for clinic-related business tools
Requirements
Must have
- Currently residing in Dubai (Mirdiff area preferred)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet)
- Proficiency in Canva for design tasks
- Strong knowledge of technology and digital tools
- Male candidates only
Preferred / a plus
- Experience in clinic or healthcare management
- Customer service experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Knowledge of AI tools and their practical applications
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
