THE POSITION:
We are looking for a Clinic Director who is passionate about patient care and seeks continued growth in their professional skills. This position provides leadership, management, supervision, patient care and administrative support to their assigned clinic. The Clinic Director is responsible for the overall success of their clinic as well as the performance and productivity of any employee placed under their supervision, as well as their own.

Summary of duties:
- Manage clinic staffing needs and scheduling. Provide ongoing training and mentorship to all clinical and clinical support staff.
- Offer technical direction to clinical staff on evaluation and treatment of patients.
- Approve time off requests and bi-weekly timecards with an understanding of each employee’s status and hour requirements.
- Ensure all clinic staff complete EMR documentation within company specified guidelines of completion.
- Engagement and collaboration with leadership team members across the organization to develop strategic initiatives and enhance the culture of IRG.
- Lead the clinical and support staff to provide the highest quality clinical care and customer service.
- Lead customer service and employee experience strategy for the clinic and provides coaching and training as needed to all clinic employees
- Responsible for overall clinic financial success, employee productivity, and KPI performance of each team member in alignment with company set benchmarks and goals.
- Review weekly flash reports, monthly insights reports, and other available reports and implement immediate strategic plans.
- Maintains effective inventory and is responsible for delegating ordering of office, cleaning and clinical supplies to team member. Works with facilities team to address clinic equipment needs, and clinic maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Preferred: 2+ years of clinical experience.
- Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of therapists and support staff.
- Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations.
- Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks and stay focused on the objective in a high-stress environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Work for extended periods of time at a video display terminal and will be required to use a keyboard to enter and gather information.
- Physical activity includes but not limited to bending, reaching, squatting, lifting and prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Required to work at the IRG clinic and be responsible for your own transportation to and from the work site.
PAY & BENEFITS INFORMATION:
- Base Compensation: $86,500 - $100,000 based on experience and certifications.
- Enhanced Compensation: We offer a professional revenue share model that gives you a direct, transparent connection between your clinical work and your income. Earning potential on this program allows our therapists to earn up to an additional 20% of their base salary!
- Clinic Directors enhanced compensation includes eligibility for additional compensation based on performance of all clinical staff that is distributed every paycheck!
