  • Testosterone optimization
  • Peptide therapies
  • Erectile dysfunction treatments
  • Medically guided weight management

We treat otherwise healthy men who want to improve energy, performance, body composition, and overall quality of life.

Our care model operates within clearly defined, physician-approved protocols supported by Medical Director oversight. Systems are streamlined, data-driven, and designed for safe, consistent outcomes.

This is private practice medicine with structure, autonomy, and performance incentives.

The Role

We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as Clinic Director for our Mount Pleasant location.

You will:

  • Conduct structured evaluations for testosterone deficiency and men’s health concerns
  • Interpret labs using established treatment pathways

  • Prescribe and manage peptide therapies within defined clinical protocols
  • Guide patients through medically supervised weight management plans
  • Recommend and manage ED treatments (Gainswave, P-Shot, Trimix)
  • Refer out cases that fall outside established scope parameters
  • Lead patient consultations and build long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with support staff to drive patient retention and clinic growth

Clinical decision-making is supported by established protocols and ongoing Medical Director oversight. Complex cases outside scope are referred appropriately.

  • Thrives in a private-practice environment
  • Understands that outcomes and clinic performance both matter
  • Wants to grow into a long-term leadership role

This role is not ideal for someone seeking hospital-based subspecialty practice or purely shift-based employment.

  • Active DEA and Controlled Substance Registration
  • 2+ years clinical experience preferred
  • Background in urology, internal medicine, urgent care, or functional/optimization medicine is a plus

Peptide experience is a plus but not required — structured onboarding and protocol training are provided.
