Clinic Director - Outpatient Ortho: Aurora, CO

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist (3+ years of experience) to join our Aurora team as Clinic Director! The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise and a desire to continue growing as a clinician while supporting the success of our patients, our clinic, and the development of more junior clinicians and visiting PT students.

This position will carry certain clinician development, marketing and HR responsibilities in addition to patient care.

Clinicians at our Aurora clinic will see patients with a variety of orthopedic and vestibular conditions, making it an interesting environment in which to hone your clinical skills. We are interested in expanding our women’s health services at this location for clinicians with relevant experience or a desire to learn.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range of $90,000-$95,000 based on experience
• Bonus structure with up to $10,000 in additional annual income
