Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Clinic Floater to join our healthcare team! Duties

• Provide coverage at various clinic stations including front desk, patient check-in/out, and clinical staff and for our mobile clinic.
• Must be able to draw labs.
• Assist with patient intake, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification utilizing EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems such as Epic, Meditech, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks.
• Support clinical staff by preparing exam rooms, handling medical records, and managing documentation review to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, referrals, PA's.
• Manage phone etiquette efficiently across multi-line phone systems while providing exceptional customer service to patients and providers.

Experience

• Previous clinic experience or healthcare administrative support is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems such as Epic, Meditech, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks is essential.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, CPT coding, ICD-9/10 coding standards, and medical billing procedures.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
