Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Supervise front office, therapists, consultants, and support staff
- Ensure excellent client service and satisfaction at all touchpoints
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, staff rosters, and workflow planning
- Monitor clinic performance, daily reports, and operational targets
- Support the team in achieving revenue and service goals
- Handle client queries, feedback, and basic issue resolution professionally
- Ensure clinic cleanliness, discipline, and adherence to internal processes
- Coordinate with head office for reports, inventory, and administrative updates
Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate or Diploma holder (MBA / Hospital Management / Operations preferred)
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in clinic, wellness centre, fitness centre, salon, or healthcare operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reports, CRM or billing software)
- Strong leadership and people-management abilities
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple responsibilities

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
