Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Manager based in Sharjah. The Clinic Manager will oversee daily operations, manage clinic staff, ensure excellent patient care, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising training and development programs, improving customer service, and maintaining effective communication with team members and stakeholders. The Clinic Manager will play a critical role in optimizing clinic operations and delivering efficient and professional healthcare services.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills to ensure a positive patient and staff experience
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management to oversee clinic expenses
• Knowledge of medicine and healthcare regulations to maintain compliance
• Experience in staff training and development to ensure employee growth and performance
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinic management within the UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Clinical management in United Arab Emirates : 2 years (Required)

Language:

• Arabic and English fluently (Required)
