Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery
• Manage administrative, nursing, and support staff performance
• Implement operational policies, workflows, and compliance standards
• Monitor clinic KPIs including patient satisfaction, efficiency, and revenue targets
• Coordinate scheduling for physicians, nurses, and support teams
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and licensing requirements
• Handle budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation
• Resolve patient concerns and improve overall service experience
• Liaise with external healthcare providers, insurance companies, and vendors
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of clinic staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field
• 3–7+ years of experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare operations management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinic workflows
• Problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making ability
• Proficiency in clinic management systems or EMR software (preferred)
