Clinic Manager

We are currently hiring an experienced and results-oriented Clinic Manager to oversee the operations of our medical center located in Abu Dhabi (Shakhbout City). The successful candidate should possess a strong sales mindset, proven experience in increasing revenue, attracting new clients, and maintaining long-term patient relationships, while ensuring the smooth daily operation of the clinic.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue goals
• Create and implement plans to improve clinic performance and profitability
• Supervise the daily activities and operations of the clinic
• Manage, guide, and support staff to achieve excellent performance
• Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and service quality
• Monitor operational performance, KPIs, and financial reports
• Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase client visits and brand awareness

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in clinic, beauty, healthcare, or hospitality management
• Strong experience in sales, customer acquisition, and business growth
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and clinic policies
• Demonstrated leadership and staff management abilities
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Previous experience in aesthetic, cosmetic, medical, or beauty sectors is an advantage
