Clinic Manager

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a multidisciplinary polyclinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing healthcare facilities in the UAE, excellent leadership skills, and a solid understanding of DHA regulations and clinic compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations and ensure smooth coordination across all departments.
• Oversee administrative, clinical support, reception, appointment, and patient-flow processes.
• Ensure full compliance with DHA regulations, licensing requirements, healthcare standards, and internal policies.
• Supervise and support teams across dental, dermatology, and Hijama services.
• Monitor service quality, patient experience, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, therapists, technicians, and administrative staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, performance, and training needs.
• Handle patient concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Support business development, revenue growth, and service optimization initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation required for audits and regulatory inspections.
• Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, infection control, and quality assurance procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a polyclinic or medical center in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of DHA regulations, healthcare licensing, and clinic operational standards.
• Experience managing or coordinating Dental, Dermatology, and Hijama services is preferred.
• Excellent management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to compliance, patient care, and service quality.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
