Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and well-organized Counsellor cum Floor Manager to join our skin clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient counselling, treatment coordination, and smooth day-to-day clinic floor operations to ensure excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Counselling:

• Counsel patients regarding skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments as advised by the doctor
• Explain treatment procedures, packages, pricing, and post-treatment care clearly
• Address patient queries, concerns, and follow-ups with empathy and professionalism
• Convert consultations into treatment plans and maintain high patient satisfaction

Floor & Clinic Management:

• Manage daily clinic operations and ensure smooth patient flow
• Coordinate between doctors, therapists, reception staff, and patients
• Ensure treatment rooms are prepared and schedules are followed properly
• Handle patient appointments, rescheduling, and waiting time management

Administrative & Coordination Duties:

• Maintain patient records, consent forms, and treatment documentation
• Monitor stock of consumables and coordinate with management for requirements
• Ensure clinic hygiene, protocols, and service standards are maintained
• Assist in handling feedback, complaints, and service recovery when required

Sales & Targets (if applicable):

• Achieve counselling and revenue targets
• Promote ongoing packages, memberships, and offers ethically

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or diploma (preferred)
• Prior experience in a skin clinic, aesthetic clinic, or healthcare setting is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, patient-friendly, and confident personality
• Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel, patient records)
• Ability to multitask and manage a busy clinic environment

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in patient counselling / clinic management preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
