We are hiring an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations at our Ayurvedic Medical Center in Dubai. This role needs someone hands-on, organized, and comfortable managing both people and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations and patient flow
• Supervise therapists, doctors, and front-desk staff
• Ensure DHA regulations, documentation, and compliance
• Handle scheduling, inventory, and vendor coordination
• Support marketing activities and patient retention
• Resolve patient concerns professionally and promptly

Requirements

• Prior experience as a clinic or healthcare manager (Ayurvedic/medical center preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of DHA rules and clinic operations in Dubai
• Comfortable with billing systems, reports, and basic accounts
• Professional, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented
