Clinic Manager - Female

We’re urgently looking for a dynamic female Clinic Manager who can take full ownership of clinic operations, staff, sales, and customer coordination. We’ve got the expert Doctors at our centre. What you need is top- management, leadership, and execution skills to ensure our high-performing aesthetic clinic runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage the entire clinic team: front desk, therapists, doctors, assistants—everyone.
– Ensure daily clinic operations run smoothly including client flow, staff schedules, treatment room preperation, and SOPs.
– Take full charge of sales—follow up with leads, handle consultations, close high-ticket treatment packages, and meet revenue goals.
– Oversee and execute local marketing campaigns—both offline promotions and online ads (Insta, Meta, Google).
– Track and keep record of clinic performance like daily footfall, lead conversion, sales closures, client retention, and revenue growth.
– Handle stock and inventory management, vendor coordination, and maintenance of treatment supplies.
– Maintain a premium client experience—from the first message to post-treatment follow-ups.
– Deal with client concerns and team issues .

Skills Required

– 2-5 years of experience in operations, sales, or team management—any service-based industry (retail, fitness, wellness, hospitality, etc.)
– Strong leadership and people skills—you know how to keep the team in check and motivated
– Sharp sales and communication ability—you can talk to clients and convert interest into actual bookings
– Comfortable with basic tech—CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and email tools
– Highly organized, driven, and responsible—you love targets and can handle pressure with ease
