At Rpk Critter Care & Animal Hospital, operations are as important as care. We are looking for a strong, organized, and proactive individual to manage daily hospital functions and ensure a seamless experience for both patients and clients.

If you can lead teams, manage systems, and drive efficiency, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Oversee day-to-day clinic and hospital operations
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and workflow
• Ensure smooth coordination between medical, grooming, and support teams
• Handle client service standards and front desk operations
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and procurement
• Maintain operational records, reports, and compliance
• Implement systems to improve efficiency and patient experience
• Supervise billing, payments, and administrative processes

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or relevant field
• 2–5+ years of experience in operations or clinic/hospital management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Confident communicator with a professional approach
• Able to handle pressure and manage multiple functions
