Clinic Manager - (New Cairo - 5th Settlement , Egypt )

We seek a Clinic Operations Manager with experience in aesthetic clinic management. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing a team of professionals to optimize clinic performance.

Key Duties:

• Develop operational strategies to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with Health Authority regulations.
• Oversee scheduling, clinic logistics, and patient flow management.
• Work with marketing and content teams to drive patient engagement.
• Collaborate with medical leadership to align operations with clinic goals.
• Proven experience managing an aesthetic clinic or similar healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of Health Authority compliance and operational workflows.
• Leadership experience managing diverse teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Patient Relationship Management
