Clinic Manager – Wellness

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the slimming clinic
• Manage team performance (consultants, therapists, sales, front desk)
• Drive sales targets, revenue growth, and client conversions
• Ensure smooth client onboarding and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews
• Monitor stock, inventory, and clinic hygiene standards
• Resolve client queries, complaints, and service issues
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports
• Ensure adherence to company protocols & operational standards
• Coordinate with corporate office for offers, marketing & operational updates

Skills & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• Proven experience as Branch Manager / Clinic Manager / Sales Manager / Wellness Manager
• Strong leadership & team handling skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work with sales targets and meet deadlines
• Experience in Slimming, Wellness, Beauty, or Healthcare industry (preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Leads Management)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
