Clinic Marketing Manager (Impressions Face + Body)

The clinic is led by Medical Director and Facial Plastic Surgeon Dr. Steven Dayan, Facial Plastic Surgeon Dr. Benjamin Caughlin, Body Plastic Surgeon Dr. Eric Anderson, and a leading non-surgical team of aesthetic providers — Michelle Ruffino, Selika Gutierrez-Borst, and Ia Rekhviashvili.

As part of the MedSpa Partners (MSP) network, the clinic stands at the forefront of modern aesthetics — known for exceptional patient care, pioneering techniques, and industry leadership.

Position Summary

The Clinic Marketing Manager leads all marketing and communications for Impressions Face + Body, working in close partnership with the MSP Director of Marketing (USA) and the clinic leadership team.

This role is responsible for driving growth across surgical and non-surgical service lines through integrated brand storytelling, digital marketing, community engagement, and lifecycle communication. The Manager will collaborate directly with the Clinic Manager and lead providers to align marketing strategy with business goals, growth priorities, and patient experience objectives.

Two Social Media Specialists report directly into this position, supporting daily content execution, community engagement, and creative production.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Partner with the MSP Director of Marketing, Clinic Manager, and lead providers to define annual marketing goals and growth priorities.
  • Develop and maintain the yearly marketing calendar, mapping out campaigns, key moments, and promotional initiatives across all channels.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly planning sessions to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives and clinic performance.
  • Represent marketing within the clinic leadership team, contributing to discussions on patient acquisition, brand growth, and reputation.

Brand, Campaign & Digital Strategy

  • Build and execute integrated marketing plans that elevate brand visibility, drive lead generation, and support patient retention.
  • Oversee campaign planning, creative execution, and performance tracking across digital, social, and in-clinic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with MSP’s network marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency and share best practices.

Website & SEO Management

  • Manage and update the Impressions website to keep treatment content, provider bios, and Before & After galleries current and engaging.
  • Identify and execute improvements to SEO, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Partner with MSP and agency teams to design and optimize landing pages for campaigns, promotions, and patient funnels.

Email, SMS & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Plan and deploy email newsletters, promotions, and educational content aligned with the marketing calendar.
  • Manage patient lifecycle communications across email and SMS — including lead nurturing, consultation reminders, reactivation, and retention campaigns.
  • Collaborate with MSP’s CRM and HubSpot teams to develop automated journeys that enhance patient engagement and loyalty.
  • Monitor open rates, CTRs, and conversion metrics to continuously optimize performance.

Content & Social Media

  • Lead overall content strategy and oversee two Social Media Specialists responsible for daily execution across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Guide content creation, photography, and video production that highlight providers, treatments, and brand storytelling.
  • Track social analytics and adjust strategy to improve reach, engagement, and lead conversion.

PR, Events & Partnerships

  • Build relationships with local media, influencers, and brand partners to strengthen visibility and credibility.
  • Coordinate with MSP’s PR team for earned media, speaking engagements, and industry recognition opportunities.
  • Plan and execute in-clinic events, VIP experiences, and community activations that drive awareness and loyalty.
  • Develop partnerships with local luxury, wellness, and lifestyle brands to expand the clinic’s reach and influence.

Performance & Operations

  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain the clinic’s marketing calendar, KPI dashboards, and reporting tools to track results and communicate progress.
  • Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with aesthetic industry and advertising regulations.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.

Experience

5+ years of marketing experience in aesthetics, luxury, beauty, or healthcare.
Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and social media strategy.
Hands-on experience with website management, SEO, email/SMS automation, and conversion optimization.
Leadership experience managing direct reports or cross-functional teams preferred.

Skills & Tools

Strong grasp of digital marketing, branding, and analytics.
Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, and CRM/automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Salesforce, or similar).
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Sanity) and analytics dashboards.
Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com).
Excellent communication, writing, and creative direction skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
