Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Project Engineer / Site Supervisor to manage and supervise interior fit-out projects for clinics and medical centers. The role involves overseeing on-site execution, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, reviewing drawings, and ensuring that all works are completed according to approved plans, quality standards, and project timelines. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality medical fit-out projects from initiation through final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the execution of interior fit-out projects for clinics and medical centers.
• Oversee on-site works and coordinate with external contractors and subcontractors.
• Read, prepare, and review engineering drawings using AutoCAD 2D (mandatory).
• Monitor finishing works and interior fit-out activities, ensuring quality execution until final handover.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project progress.
• Ability to prepare or support 3D interior fit-out designs when required (considered a strong advantage).

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (minimum requirement).
• Solid experience in managing and supervising fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of interior finishing and decoration works.
• Well-organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure and solve site-related challenges.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Project Scope

• Interior fit-out works for small to medium-sized clinics and medical centers, including projects located in villas or medical buildings.
