Clinic Nurse/Medical Assistant - Full-Time/Part-Time Positions Available

Regenirex - Pain & Precision Medicine is seeking a compassionate, engaging Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse who genuinely enjoys connecting with patients and helping them feel heard and supported. Responsibilities

• Assist patients by answering incoming calls and messages, addressing questions, documenting concerns, and routing messages appropriately to providers or other clinical staff
• Perform patient intake, including rooming patients, verifying demographics, reviewing medical history, updating medication lists, and documenting chief complaints
• Obtain and accurately record vital signs and other clinical information in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Prepare exam and procedure rooms, ensuring appropriate equipment, supplies, and documentation are ready for each patient visit
• Assist providers during examinations and in-office procedures within scope of practice
• Provide clear patient education and instructions related to treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
• Coordinate scheduling needs, including follow-up appointments, procedure visits, and referrals as directed by the provider
• Support prescription refill workflows and communicate provider instructions to patients as appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the EHR
• Monitor clinic flow and help ensure an efficient, organized patient experience from check-in through discharge
• Uphold infection control standards and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment
• Collaborate with providers and team members to support high-quality, patient-centered care

Experience

• Active Nebraska LPN license OR previous Medical Assistant experience/certification
• Prior experience in outpatient or specialty clinic preferred
• Strong communication skills and a calm, professional phone presence
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Basic computer and EHR proficiency
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and compassionate care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
