Regenirex - Pain & Precision Medicine is seeking a compassionate, engaging Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse who genuinely enjoys connecting with patients and helping them feel heard and supported. Responsibilities
- Assist patients by answering incoming calls and messages, addressing questions, documenting concerns, and routing messages appropriately to providers or other clinical staff
- Perform patient intake, including rooming patients, verifying demographics, reviewing medical history, updating medication lists, and documenting chief complaints
- Obtain and accurately record vital signs and other clinical information in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Prepare exam and procedure rooms, ensuring appropriate equipment, supplies, and documentation are ready for each patient visit
- Assist providers during examinations and in-office procedures within scope of practice
- Provide clear patient education and instructions related to treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
- Coordinate scheduling needs, including follow-up appointments, procedure visits, and referrals as directed by the provider
- Support prescription refill workflows and communicate provider instructions to patients as appropriate
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the EHR
- Monitor clinic flow and help ensure an efficient, organized patient experience from check-in through discharge
- Uphold infection control standards and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment
- Collaborate with providers and team members to support high-quality, patient-centered care
Experience
- Active Nebraska LPN license OR previous Medical Assistant experience/certification
- Prior experience in outpatient or specialty clinic preferred
- Strong communication skills and a calm, professional phone presence
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Basic computer and EHR proficiency
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and compassionate care

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
