Clinic Operation Manager - Aesthetic Clinic Experience

ONEA Clinic is hiring an Arabic-speaking Clinic Operations Manager with experience in aesthetic clinic management. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing a team of professionals to optimize clinic performance.

Key Duties:

• Develop operational strategies to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with DHA regulations.
• Oversee scheduling, clinic logistics, and patient flow management.
• Work with marketing and content teams to drive patient engagement.
• Analyze clinic data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with medical leadership to align operations with clinic goals.

Requirements:

• Arabic speaker (mandatory) - #prefer - Lebnan Nationality#
• Proven experience managing an Aesthetic clinic or similar healthcare setting in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of DHA compliance and operational workflows.
• Leadership experience managing diverse teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Patient Relationship Management (PRM) systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
