Patient focus fast growing Medical Practice seeking a skilled and motivated Clinic Operational and Marketing Supervisor to lead our front end team to ensure efficient clinic operations and marketing initiatives. This is a role with huge potential for growth and support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare marketing and operational management.
Duties
- Staff management: Hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluating healthcare professionals and support staff. This includes assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and implementing disciplinary measures when necessary.
- Patient care and flow: Ensuring efficient patient flow, maintaining quality control, and proactively addressing problems to improve the patient experience.
- Resource and budget management: Contributing to budgeting, allocating resources, and ensuring the clinic operates within its financial limits.
- Compliance and quality assurance: Enforcing policies, making sure the clinic complies with regulatory standards, and conducting quality assurance checks to ensure staff meet facility standards.
- Communication and collaboration: Communicating effectively with staff and patients, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to improve performance across the facility.
- Marketing management: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with clinic goals, utilizing SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing approaches. Monitor budgets for marketing activities ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns.
Experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A strong combination of education, clinical experience, and leadership experience.
- Relevant education, such as a bachelor's or master's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a healthcare or clinical environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques including content marketing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
