Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries efficiently.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments using the clinic’s system.
  • Register new patients, update existing patient records, and verify insurance details.
  • Collect consultation fees and issue receipts as per clinic procedures.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Handle patient complaints or requests politely and escalate if necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with DHA/MOH guidelines and data privacy standards.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Language: Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Education: High school diploma or higher; diploma in administration or customer service preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Presentable and professional appearance
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
