Clinic Receptionist (Pune Camp)

Looking for a receptionist (female) minimum 12th pass preferable a graduate in any discipline

for clinic at MG Road Pune Camp.

Working hrs: 9:30am to 5:30pm

Salary -Rs 8,000-12,000 approx. Depending on experience of work.

Work responsibilities

1. Welcome clients and guide them through consultation & treatment process.

2. ⁠Assist doctor with patient preparation and coordination.

• ⁠Provide treatment-related instructions and post-care guidance when required.

3. ⁠Front Desk & Administration

• Manage appointment scheduling, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
• ⁠Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and Data entry
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain patient records, billing, and daily reports.
• Clinic Operations
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of treatment rooms.
• ⁠Manage inventory of consumables and assist in stock handling.

Pre-requisite

• Good communication and writing skills in English & Hindi or Marathi
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp Business.
• ⁠Pleasant personality, good grooming & professional behavior.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinic

This is a women only clinic and suitable for anyone who is motivated and passionate to help other women.
