Job Purpose:
The Clinic Store In-Charge is responsible for managing all activities related to the clinic’s store operations, including inventory control, material issuance, procurement coordination, and stock replenishment. The role ensures that all medical and non-medical supplies are accurately recorded, properly stored, and available on time to support clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily store operations and maintain effective control over inventory levels.
· Monitor stock and initiate timely purchase requests to prevent shortages or overstocking.
· Receive materials through the main store as per approved purchase orders (POs) and verify quantities, specifications, and documentation.
· Issue materials in the system against the correct invoices, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
· Hand over items and supplies to authorized nurses or clinic staff, ensuring proper documentation and accountability.
· Coordinate with the Accounts Department to assist in preparing and processing monthly supplier payments.
· Follow up with vendors for any pending invoices, delayed deliveries, or documentation issues.
· Conduct periodic stock audits, verify physical counts against system records, and report any variances.
· Track expiry dates and ensure proper storage, rotation, and handling of all supplies.
· Prepare and submit regular reports on stock movement, consumption trends, and purchase requirements.
· Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and a smooth workflow.
· Evaluate vendor performance and coordinate with procurement for quality and service improvement.
· Identify opportunities to reduce material wastage and support cost control initiatives.
· Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards within the store.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
· 3–5 years of experience managing store or inventory operations, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy.
· Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
· Fluent in English and Arabic.
· Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
