- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle patient registration, appointment booking, and follow-ups
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Manage billing, invoices, and basic cash handling
- Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Supervise reception staff and support team
- Prepare duty rosters and manage shift schedules
- Ensure staff punctuality, grooming, and discipline
- Train new employees on clinic procedures and systems
- Ensure high-quality patient service and satisfaction
- Handle patient complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for appointments and treatments
- Monitor patient waiting time and improve service efficiency
- Maintain clinic records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and UAE healthcare regulations
- Coordinate with management for operational updates
- Monitor stock of reception supplies (forms, stationery, etc.)
- Ensure adherence to Abu Dhabi healthcare authority (DOH) guidelines
- Prepare daily/weekly reports (appointments, patient flow, revenue summary)
- Assist during audits and inspections
