Therapy Tech (Physical, Occupational, Speech, ABA Support)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Therapy Tech to primarily support physical therapy services, while also assisting with speech therapy, occupational therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) as needed. This role includes hands-on support during sessions and maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with therapy sessions across multiple disciplines
• Set up and clean equipment and therapy areas
• Support patient transitions and safety during sessions
• Monitor and restock supplies
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Experience as a therapy tech preferred
• Knowledge of child development a plus
• CPR Certified preferred

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to safely lift and assist patients, and operate therapy equipment.

Schedule:

Part-Time: Morning 8:00AM-2:00PM Monday-Friday and/or Afternoon 1:00PM-7:00PM Monday-Friday, rotating Saturdays 9:00AM-1:00PM.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
