Clinical Account Executive - Chronic Specialty Infusion

Job Summary

The Clinical Account Executive will develop relationships and generate referrals from targeted IVIG and specialty biologic referral sources in the Greater Houston market.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a territory call plan targeting prescribers and clinical staff in neurology, rheumatology, immunology, GI, dermatology or others as assigned
• Build referral relationships for IVIG, SCIG, and specialty biologic infusions delivered through our ambulatory infusion suites and home infusion service
• Coordinate in-services, lunch-and-learns, and clinical education sessions with referring practices
• Partner with our intake, nursing, and pharmacy teams to ensure a clean handoff from referral to therapy start
• Track activity and pipeline in CRM and report against weekly call and referral targets
• Represent the pharmacy in a professional manner, maintaining compliance with federal and state marketing regulations, including Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and HIPAA requirements

Experience

Required:

• Valid Texas driver's license, clean MVR, and reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to travel daily across the greater Houston area
• Strong interpersonal and clinical communication skills — comfortable in a physician's office, in front of a nurse manager, and on the phone with a patient
• Proficiency with CRM and standard productivity tools
• High school diploma or equivalent

Strongly Preferred:

• 2+ years of healthcare field sales experience — home infusion, specialty pharmacy, home health, hospice, DME, or biologic/injectable pharma
• Existing prescriber or clinical staff relationships in one or more target specialties in the Houston market
• Clinical background (RN, LVN, or equivalent) a plus but not required
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, business, or marketing

Pay: $125,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
